Compression shirts for "shaping" - anyone?
The ones I buy are plain white, sleeveless, and basically they look like a tight muscle-t. I do buy them a size smaller, and have absolutely no problems getting them on. I put "shaping" in quotes because most guys would react funny to the word "girdle" in reference to a man.... Anyway, I discovered "Under Armor" and other brands of compression wear last year, and I love it! I'm 5'11, 32 waist, and get plenty of exercise - but I've always had trouble getting rid...- poppapo

Wearing jeans without a belt
I have an aversion to belts too, arising from my childhood years. I found them uncomfortable and would really get moody if my parents made me wear one. I guess it has something to do now with having narrow hips/no butt, and I HAVE to wear a belt, and I have to wear it pretty tight, so even now...- poppapo

I think I'm just sensitive right now to the tightness of anything around my waist. It just seems that I have to cinch my belt tighter than usual, and by the time I've been dressed for an hour or two, I'm ready to loosen the damn belt. And I've been LOSING weight, so it doesn't make sense...- poppapo

No, I do buy jeans that fit at the waist. I buy 32s and they are nice and snug, or I get 33s which are just a bit looser. The belt still has to be tight regardless.- poppapo
