Home Made Sausage, Cured, and Smoked Meats
It’s a specific marinade, that includes achiote paste, and then pork cooked gyro style. Yeah, pic was a hot mess. Here’s the ribs after smoking but before I slathered with the reserved marinade to finish in the oven.- Piobaire

Home Made Sausage, Cured, and Smoked Meats
Four hours of smoke, now back into the reserved marinade, basted, covered with foil and two hours at 250 in the oven. Since one rib fell apart I needed to taste. Holy phuck. If this becomes a thing remember ol' Piob came up with it.- Piobaire

Those tile ceilings were like for the fancy basements growing up. Much more common was an old area rug on concrete floors (with a shower type drain visible somewhere) and a couple old pieces of furniture, probably to include book shelves made of cinder blocks and 2x10s or milk crates, and...- Piobaire

Upkeep and cap-ex should certainly be part of a rental's pricing model but I think the point is certainty vs. uncertainty.
