Belt Matching to Crockett & Jones Clifford
If it the colour of the buckle that is stopping you getting the matching c&j belt, I believe that they will do them mto with an option of different buckles in different colours. I think the extra cost for this is like £40 (I may be mistaken) Failing that, I have the same shoe in the same...- JDixon

what brand jeans is your favorite ?
I've got quite a few pairs but find that I mainly where one of two pairs the most; one being Dunhill and the other pair being Burberry. Both are very comfortable, fit well and have lasted very well thus far (both are over 2 years old) they are both just plain dark indigo, no fading or anything...- JDixon

LONDON January sales 2011
With regard to the shoes, I am in Birmingham and the C&J shop here had a sale last year shortly after Christmas, I assume the C&J shops in London would too. If I recall it was just the benchgrade on sale, not the handgrade. Hoping they have a sale again this year as i'm planning on making a...- JDixon

Tailors in the Middle East
I will be in Dubai at some point too so I well check them out. Funnily enough I have heard from a couple of sources that taking something in for the tailors to copy is the way to go......unfortunately all my suits thus far are OTR so I haven't got anything that fits me really well to justify...- JDixon

Hi All, I am going to be spending quite a bit of time out in the middle east next year, Bahrain to be exact. In some of the tourist guides, books etc. there seems to be a recurring theme on the subject of the cloth markets and tailors.....anyone have any experiences with middle eastern...- JDixon

People seem to think being outlandish is the same as being stylish. Come on...purple driving mocs to a sports bar? It's absurd. The shoes are ugly, as well. Just to clarify, it wasn't a sports bar, it was a country pub with a decent beer garden....either way i see what people are saying about...- JDixon

You should have just added some blackcurrant to that Guinness it would've picked up the colour of your mocs. If nothing else it would have improved the flavour of that crap. National eh?
