This year I will purchase a new pair of glasses and thought of trying a horn-rimmed frame. So far I have used frames made of acetate, metal or titanium, but never horn.
I have seen common brands like Oliver Peoples make horn-rimmed glasses, but I do not like the specific models and shapes..
Lunor seems a good option.. Lunor carries more classical shapes. Then I saw there are bespoke makers that work with horn, but these are more expensive options. Is a bespoke maker worth the price? If so, which one would you recommend?
When reading about horn frames I came across these two articles, which seem informative, but I was looking for more opinions, and first-hand experience with frames made of horn..
Thanks!
