Hi,

approximate measurements taken with the jacket laid flat are:
shoulders (seam to seam): 46 cm / 18''
sleeves: 67 cm / 26.4''
chest (pit to pit): 51 cm / 20''

I would estimate that it fits like a standard 42US / 52IT, maybe a bit smaller.

I am 180 cm / 5'11'' and weigh about 85 kg / 187lbs and it fits me perfectly, I'd say.
