New Viberg for Styleforum GMTO makeups

Hi all,

It's time to vote. The pre-deposit voting boot is now open, please see all the candidates below. Voting ends Octover 6, 2014, EBD.

Please note, as stated in each listing:

Note that this is not a physical product, and merely is a vote that Styleforummarket order this boot in your size. It is a "pre-deposit" for your preorder. Should this makeup go through to production, you will be refunded this money after you have made your preorder. You may cchoose to change your mind, and not make the preorder, but this pre-deposit will then be considered non-refundable. If this boot does not receive sufficient numbers of pre-deposit votes, your pre-deposit will be refunded in full after the conclusion of the voting period.

The voting period is until EBD (PST) October 6.

3. The natural CXL boot

Sole: dainite
Comments: unstructured toe with a toe cap


4. The Chromepak brogued captoe service boot.

Slightly updated makeup

Black Service Boot

Leather: Durable Smooth black leather (non-CXL). Probably need Guy's opinion on what would be good and what they have available.
Leather (tongue): Same as above.
Eyelets: 6 antique brass
Sole: Commando, natural midsole.
Comments: Partially structured, plain toe, pull tab.

Black service boot with commando sole on 110? Tempted.

As long as we're doing homage makeups, I'd love something to replicate the 3sixteen 10th anniversary collabo. Harnass or chromepak in olive, 2030, dainite, captoe, 7 or 9 antique eyelets.

Pretty sure Viberg doesn't have either of those leathers in stock.

This whole thing would also be a lot easier if we had a list of leathers that they currently have in stock.

Aren't they sourcing the copper task for the other makeup specifically for this gmto? If so, maybe they could source another...

I want to see some Bison leather or something similar to the Grey scout boot the Haven collab produced.

Sounds good. I think that they have a really awesome tan bison in stock. How about a scout both in that with the grain side out, and on white ripple sole? Sounds sorta Visvim-ish.

I am pretty sure that they are not going to say yes to a shell cordovan model, but I can ask... again.

There's also a natural CXL service boot (most likely on the 2030 last) coming out soon. Might want to see how that comes out before putting in an identical order.

Also Fok, one thing you should add to every listing is Toe Cap. No toe cap for the Black service boot makeup.

I like the black service boot, but more than 7 eyelets. I prefer 8 - 10. Dainite sole. 2040 or 1035 last. Brown Edge

Finally made a SF account to vote for the Natural CXL build. Been waiting for them to put one out for awhile, and the drop coming up is still a crapshoot as to whether I'll be able to get one or not.

The natural CXL with 7+ eyelets on dainite.
