Giorgio Armani Men's Suit (Pic)

Hi, Everyone,

I just bought a Giorgio Armani suit through Myhabit for $439.

I have several questions about this suit:

1) Is this a genuine GA black label suit? Is it a good deal?

2) If so, why is it not fully-canvassed?

3) This suit has a peak-lapel and baggy pant. Is this the typical style of GA?

4) How can I find out who made this suit (I mean which factory) and when it was made?

I think the whole thing is wonky. The G looks significantly larger than the R in "GIORGIO". It's some store on Amazon, that you can't see without logging in. The domain is registered with an anonymous Go Daddy proxy.

I think this suit is a duff.

They're not mismatched. The crappy picture makes it look like the (wearer's) right lapel is a notch lapel because you can't see clearly the tip of the peak. Get a real camera.

If the suit fits and is reasonable quality for the price you paid, who cares what name is on the label?

It's not a fake. That tag looks fine.

The tags seem consistent with the GA suits I've seen, that and I believe My Habit is an affiliate SF vendor, is it not?

The price seems fine, if it fits well enjoy. It not, return...

I've read that GA Black Label might be doing half canvassing. That being said, what colour is the suit? Charcoal or black?

If i remember correctly the GA black label order goes something like this

Fatto A mano Su misura: The MTM part
Fatto A mano RTW: Ready to wear but with a lot of handwork
Regular black label

The first 2 are fully canvassed the last one Im not sure but you would expect it to be fully canvassed.

Black Label came to Canada only recently, and I was disappointed with the fit and fabrics. Lots of polyester (!)

Has anybody else noticed that Collezioni suits have really nice fabrics?T

I think regular black label used to fully canvassed, but that may have changed. OP, is the suit half canvassed or fused?

MyHabit is a legit "private sale" affiliate of Amazon.

However the fit of the suit on the link is all sorts of horrendous.

I don't know the difference between a fused suit and a half-canvassed suit. I have a boss fused suit and a brooks brother half-canvassed suit. I can't see any difference between the two. Is there anyone can teach me how to distinguish the two?
