Well, I can't say 100% but here's what I pre-ordered on YSL.com and it looks different than the others. Snaps vs. buttons and the breast pockets have double snaps.

I preordered that too. I'm trying to figure out what exactly I'm getting. It seems like the pics on barneys is off too compared to what people bought for the blue one.

My guess is that they made different versions.

I actually called around last week to the LA and Ave Montaigne boutiques to see if they had the red nashville in stock yet and they said it was still being produced, aka, I don't think they have actually finished making any of them, yet.

I'm guessing that red we're seeing on FF and Barneys is just a red version of the blue flannel, somewhat oversized and not the nashville style which should hopefully be fitted...not entirely sure but I'm pretty sure it isn't the same as the one on YSL.com.

On a random note, I picked up the white version of the blood luster (fangs) t-shirt in my size, xsmall. It's a bit billowy with no tailoring, however, I'm wearing it under a blue blazer today, so it really pops and mitigates any concerns around bigness. I'll try to snap a pic.

^^ Sounds cool!

FYI I recently bought a brand new Trois Passants belt in black but I got the wrong size so I'm selling. It's 95cm, brand new condition. PM me if you're looking for one I'll give you a nice discount.

In the store buy book there is only one red flannel and its the one that is making its way on farfetch barneys etc. I asked at SL over the weekend and no one knows anything about the one on YSL pre-order but that they don't expect to get it as they didn't place any orders. Maybe its a pre-order exclusive or details changed ?

Attached are the ones I picked up. For what it's worth, I bought the blue one at the boutique and got the red one through a pre-order at another boutique.

I've looked through the buy book and didn't see the snaps shirt in there, but there are items that are sometimes produced for different markets exclusively, for example the ss15 linen military jacket in black only sold in certain parts of EU. Also the shirts are completely different aside from the obvious western stitching.
Blue has silk trims and a thicker rougher material yet more fitted and longer than the wool from FW14. Red does not have any silk trimming or lining, and has a softer lighter cashmere type feel, however it feels like its warmer than the blue one.

Thanks for your input. Sounds like the online one may be different if it comes out. Hopefully they don't just send us the different one. I like the blue one you posted though. Might have to go see it. Wish it was online somewhere

is the shirt length on the red flannel the same as the blue? I own the blue one but I was looking at the fit models on barneys.com and the red and also the black flannel look to be more cropped than the blue.

Also keep in mind, sites use samples for product shots. So just because it looks a certain way on barneys doesn't mean it'll look like that in real life

It's about the same, but a little shorter, maybe by half an inch. It's a different cut all together. Think of the red one as a regular western plaid shirt with slightly longer sleeves and hem. Somewhere between a regular western shirt and oversized.

im not saying this in a douchebag way and understand we all spend premium on slp but does anybody else feel that 700 for a flannel is a little high? something that looks like a skateboard shop would have? i like it and want it myself.... I'm just trying to hear 2cents, cause I've always liked their shirts
