Yesterday was the close of the meet at Saratoga Race Track. I only went once, which pisses me off.

My direct finally confessed to me he's trying to get out of my department after I gave him feedback about not doing something I asked him to cover for me on (with step by step instructions) for the past two weeks.

Sorry - direct report [to me]. My staff. I guess I am rather peeved because he did not mention it and I had to hear it from his future boss and my boss that a job description was in the works.
