    In Arabic language (العافية = well-being) In Moroccan Darija (العافية = fire) In Moroccan Darija (well-being = الصحة) which mean it is better to use "يعطيك الصحة" but we understand what the person mean by "يعطيك العافية". And thank you very much ;)
