    It depends on the church. Some churches are formal while others are extremely informal (pastor in ripped jeans)...so I'd say it depends on that.

    I'm not extremely familiar with the music industry, but I'd assume the environment is less 'stuffy' than traditional corporate America. That being said, you don't want to underdress. I personally would wear a suit and tie. Can't go wrong with that.

    As the suit jacket is mostly grey, there is a lot you can do with it. I like the shirt you have pictured (white). As for a tie suggestion, if you are wearing two plain-ish colors (grey jacket and white shirt), you can spice things up with a vibrant tie. Red = power. Blue = calm. I might look...

    For fragrances, I recommend checking out Floris (http://www.florislondon.com/). They hold two royal warrants (which means they supply British royalty). Very nice establishment.

    I always match the color of my belt and shoes for formal outfits. However, for casual outfits I am much more varied.

    As the jacket has a busy pattern, I'd wear a neutral shirt and pants (solid color as you suggested); you don't want to stick out too much. Specifically, I'd go with darker pants (black/navy) and a lighter shirt (white or light pink button-down). All best, Austin

    I love to use Garnier Fructis Style for my hair. It smells great, isn't crusty, and is 98% naturally-derived. I have pretty long hair (down to my shoulders) and use this product to slick it back into a pony tail.
