I have one of these shirts and while I am not normally a fan of "non-iron" or whatever label companies prefer, this one has a nice balance of little to no wrinkling without feeling completely synthetic or uncomfortable. I think you're probably right- I definitely never cook the garlic to the point it browns. I'll usually go with lower heat so it cooks in the oil longer. It comes down to personal preference for each step, but I'm with you on the garlic point.- ASNY2VA
