Do I keep this sport coat?
Shoulders like are a bit structured but not overly so. They may take a while to get used to if you only wear unstructured sport coats but they look fine. Corneliani Leader 42 or 44 measurements
I have a Corneliani Spencer in 44L (very similar to the Leader IIRC) I can measure If you want. Haven’t tailored it yet so the sleeves and waist are quite big.- lfd75

Sport Coat or Suit Jacket
Suit jacket, you Can tell by looking at the tag where it says “modello”. Sport coats would have the model number followed by “/00”. On your jacket it‘s labelled as 13290/37, the 37 indicates it’s a suit jacket. Don’t go by the drop as Canali always puts it on its tags.- lfd75
