As @rjc149 points out, solids are generally safe, especially when pairing with a busy pattern somewhere else.

If you want to wear a patterned tie, the very basic rule of thumb on mixing and matching patterns is that you don't want the scale of any repeating patterns to be the same approximate spacing/size. Since these stripes are fairly close together, this means that any pattern should be obviously wider and/or larger in scale.

In this case your choices could include:
- solid (but in general, avoid shiny ties) - navy or burgundy here, for example
- block stripes (where the stripes are thick; thin stripes run the risk of being too close in scale to your shirt)
- patterns with larger motifs
